Billy comes along with a disco and lights and entertains children to music. Lots of games are played and prizes given out. There is a limbo-dancing competition and karaoke singing in groups. While the children eat Billy whizzes around with face paints doing tattoos of butterflies and snakes. Billy also brings along a pass the parcel and a bubble machine.
