MUMS! make the most of your "you" time with yoga to strengthen, revitalize and harmonize your bodies and minds ready for the afternoon school run! (Or any time)
I teach fluid hatha sequences, creating a sense of freedom through breath and movement. All levels and abilities welcome!
Classes can be arranged on a private 1:1 basis, or bring along some other mums for a small group session of fun and fitness the holistic way!( max group of 4)
Join me for an outdoor rooftop session at my home in North West London, or within the comfort of your own home. We can arrange a time and day to suit your individual needs.
